MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. Pay EAGO's merchant code, then enter the transaction ID. Staff confirm the payment. EAGO never sees the PIN.
Your ticket arrives on WhatsApp. Show the QR to the conductor.

For operators
You keep the passengers and the fare. We list the trip, take the Mobile Money payment and send the ticket. Send your routes in the form and we set it up with you.
You set the fare and the pickup points. We show them to people already searching that route.
MTN and Airtel settle to you. No cash to collect at the roadside.
The conductor sees the passenger's name and seat. A used ticket cannot be shown twice.

The price is in the currency of the country you leave from. A seat from Kampala is in Ugandan shillings. A seat from Kigali is in Rwandan francs. The search shows the amount before you pay.
Your passport, as always. The ticket is for the seat. Immigration is still immigration — we do not stamp passports and we do not sell visas.
Yes, from the ticket screen, up to the free-cancel window shown on the trip. After that the seat is the operator's to keep.
No. Licensed operators run the trips. We sell the seat and send you their pickup point. The operator's name is on the ticket.
